There are only nine days left until TNW2019! In today’s newsletter, I’d like to talk about something close to my heart: diversity in the tech industry. As a woman in tech, I’m really excited to join TheNextWomen Summit at TNW Conference.

We’ve partnered with our friends at TheNextWomen and Accenture to help us explore the future of women in tech. TheNextWomen is an international organization working towards equality. At the summit, Accenture will share how they have built a strong company culture around diversity.

Join the discussion at TheNextWomen Summit

This one-day summit at TNW2019 on May 9 will feature roundtable discussions with leaders in tech. They’ll share their stories of female entrepreneurship, and discuss how we can achieve diversity in the industry. Let’s take a look at some of the amazing speakers you won’t want to miss:

Emilie Tabor

Emilie is the founder and CMO of IMA, a full-service agency for digital influencer marketing. Emilie was recently ranked number one on Forbes’ 30 under 30 Europe: Media list, alongside her co-founder, Maddie Raedts. At TNW Conference, she’ll discuss the future of influencer marketing and the increasingly important role it plays in the tech industry. Catch her talk on May 9 at 14:00.

Carmen Pop

Carmen is the Chief of Staff at Dropbox, one of the leading file hosting services in the world. At TheNextWomen Summit, she’ll be sharing her thoughts on how we can break diversity barriers in Silicon Valley. She’ll touch upon the importance of maintaining a strong and open company culture in her keynote. Don’t miss her speak at 16:30!

Corinne Vigreux

Corinne is a co-founder of TomTom, an internationally known brand that creates location technology. Corinne is also the co-founder of Codam College in The Netherlands, a revolutionary coding school with no tuition fees. Her TNW2019 talk is at 13:35, where she’ll explain how peer-to-peer learning will prepare the next generation.
