A doctor/professor answers the age old question “What is the single best thing we can do for our health?” in a completely new and entertaining way. Dr. Mike Evans is the founder of the Health Design Lab, where they “fuse creatives and clinicians.” He’s also an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of Toronto, and a staff physician at St. Michael’s Hospital.

Dr. Evans asks us one simple question: “Can you limit your sitting and sleeping to just 23 and a half hours a day?” It’s an impactful question for many of us that spend much of their time working on a computer (including myself). Other than refusing to sit, what do you do to stay healthy?

Jerry Garcia: “Somebody has to do something, it’s just incredibly pathetic that has to be us.”
