Just came across Stunwall via Hacker News)which appears to be just a very simple way to upload a photo and add a filter to it. What makes this different to others I’ve seen is the elegance of the filters. They’re not too extreme by default and have a beautifully subtle, natural, feel to them.
You can take a picture from your webcam, upload an image from your computer or grab the URL of an image from the web. You can also sign up to the service but that doesn’t appear to do much just yet.
We’re not sure if this is the beginning of something bigger or just a side project but give it a try while we dig up who’s behind it and what more they’re building, if anything.
