As observed by SF based Designer/Developer Faruk Ateş, Steve Jobs’ biography has 42 chapters.

42, as many of you will already know, is supposedly the meaning of life  as quoted by The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. In reality, the number was just a joke included by author Douglas Adams as “It had to be a number, an ordinary, smallish number, and I chose that one.”

Interestingly enough, Steve Jobs and Adams have a history. Adams was an Apple devotee whom the company promoted to “Apple Master” a rank given to celebrity spokespeople. Apple ended the program in 2002.

On that bombshell. Siri, what is the meaning of life?
