I noticed something really odd earlier while I was tweeting from the web: I couldn’t use the question mark. When I did, I’d get a popup with handy tips for keyboard shortcuts. Ok, that’s annoying.

Seems like it wasn’t just me, and we both have the Chrome browser in common:
