    You’ve no doubt heard all about London’s answer to Silicon Valley…Silicon Roundabout. Well, this Sunday (30th October) will see the second Silicon Milkroundabout take place, a jobs fair that seeks to match developers with UK startups.

    Running from 11am-5pm at The Old Truman Brewery in East London, there will be over 150 companies hiring at Silicon MilkRoundabout this weekend. With an estimated 500 technical jobs up for grabs, salaries will be ranging from £20k to £100k.

    The good people at Silicon Milkroundabout and Adzuna, a job ads search engine, have pulled together some UK tech job stats in the build up to the event on Sunday. There are 3,134 graduate technical jobs available in the UK, and over 1,000 in London currently listed on Adzuna. The average Banking IT salary is £57k, 19% higher than the average tech startup salary.
