Product Hunt releases major iOS update bringing search, collection creation and more

Can’t get enough of the latest and greatest startups? Neither can anyone else, it seems.

Today, Product Hunt has released a major update to its iOS app that brings even more of the site’s hunting functionality to your phone.

Product Hunt 2.0 is a big step forward from the initial app’s release.

First, it features a significantly improved design that’s much nicer to use and features a number of subtle interface animations that add to the experience.

With the updated app you can now follow other users, curate collections of products and search for them, as well as download iOS apps directly from the Product Hunt app.

The app also recommends related products to the one you’re looking at right now, just like the web service does.

Today’s update essentially brings all the functionality from the web site to mobile and that’s a big deal, because now there’s no limitations to hunting on the go.
