Small and medium-sized businesses can now create and manage their own customer loyalty programmes as part of Payleven‘s existing mobile solution for accepting credit and debit card payments.
The feature is now available as an open beta-test for Payleven’s existing customers in Germany and the UK, at no extra charge. Busineses can create their own digital stamp cards for their customers, defining both the value and total number of stamps, as well as the reward for their custom.
After paying the first time around with one of Payleven’s chip and pin card readers, customers can opt-in for the stamp card and then check their accrued points using the Payleven app. Businesses can review which of their customers are using their new loyalty programme at any time and also gain a better understanding of its impact on sales.
