This video proves you don’t need CGI to be blown away

British artist Jamie XX released his hit album In Colour almost a year ago, but recently shared an astonishing new video clip.

Created by famed director Romain Gavras, the story for GOSH is set in the almost completely empty city of Tianducheng — a copy of Paris in mainland China. The scale of the video makes you think most of it is achieved with CGI but the twist is that it’s all unedited footage.

In a day and age where you are unlikely to escape CGI, it’s good to know we can still be just as blown away by video without special effects.
