Days after announcing it will prioritize image-based updates over text-based updates in users’ News Deeds, Facebook is making things more convenient for marketers after it updated its Pages Manager app for iOS app with the option to schedule photo posts. The Pages Manager app, which recently got an iOS 7 redesign and the ability to tag users in posts and comments, is fast becoming a powerful way to control Facebook Pages on the go.
That’s good news for social media and online marketing folks the world over. Facebook is an essential part of the marketing toolkit today, and the apps allow them to make updates or address urgent items conveniently.
