If you’re having trouble accessing your Google Drive files, know that you’re not alone. Several users on social media are reporting issues with the cloud service:

According to Down Detector, the issues started around 11:08 AM EST, and seem heavily concentrated in pockets of the United States. Google has acknowledged the reports and says it is working to investigate the issue. It also notes that its Keep and Classroom software may be affected as well.

We’ll keep you updated as service is restored.

Update 5:20 PM EST: Service has now been restored.
