As magical as Wolfram Alpha often is, I find myself forgetting it exists more often than not when I need it. ‘Nimble,’ a Wolfram Alpha menubar client, aims to change all that by giving the knowledge engine prime real estate at the top of your screen.
Nimble works much like the Wolfram Alpha website in that it’s as simple as asking a question — in natural language, no less — and getting a quick answer to just about anything. The only difference is, there’s no navigation required other than a quick tap on the menubar icon and a few keystrokes to define your problem.

The menubar client is every bit as intuitive as the web interface, meaning, it’s easy to use and even if you aren’t quite sure what you’re asking, there’s a good chance Wolfram Alpha will figure it out.
