In about an hour Netvibes will begin rolling out Wasabi, their new “Real Time” Stream reader interface. If you have an account check in at the end of the day to see the new interface.

Wasabi adds “performance enhancements, including integration with Pubsubhubbub and RSS Cloud to make RSS near-real time.” The update will also include a Theme Designer, Drag-and-Follow social activity widgets, Flexible Layouts and Multi-View widgets, and Push Publishing Tools (for publishers).

We had a chance to do a quick video interview with Freddy Mini at Le Web in Paris and asked him a few tough questions. Well, at least we tried to ask him tough questions:
