The Netflix customer service account, NetflixHelps has been fielding and responding to tweets from users that are unable to sign in and watch movies and TV shows.
Netflix says it’s experiencing issues in all regions. According to third-party status site, Down Detector, Netflix users are experiencing issues in the United States, United Kingdom and parts of South America.
Update 5:00PM PT: Netflix says we can go back to binge watching ‘Scandal’ and ‘Friends,’ but some users are still experiencing problems.
The issues on our website reported earlier have been fixed. We appreciate your patience and apologies for any inconvenience.
