Today at its mobile event, Motorola announces the Razr M, a new handset, and cheaper sibling to the Razr HD.
As expected, the device packs a 4.3″ ‘qHD’ display, which marks in at a resolution of 960×540. It will run Jelly Bean. Fragmentation be damned. Motorola’s event comes on the tails of Nokia’s announcement of the Lumia 820 and Lumia 920 handsets, two Windows Phone 8 devices.

Motorola is working with Verizon to launch the phone. It can be pre-ordered today. Verizon called it “an incredible device with an incredible price point.”
Google also announced today that some 1.3 million Android devices are activated daily, and also introduced the Razr HD, a phone with a 4.7″ screen that is the flagship device over the Razr M.
