From a post on his personal blog Global Nerdy (nerdy deeds, done dirt cheap), Microsoft developer evangelist Joey deVilla has sent a shout out to all Canadian Windows Phone 7 app makers to to contact him. Why? So Microsoft Canada can make sure that Canada is well represented as the Windows Phone 7 devices start rolling out.

It also sounds like Joey’s offer goes beyond just national pride, because Joey closes his post with:

There are some things that I can do to help speed up the submission process that wouldn’t otherwise be available to you.

So, if you’re a Canadian developer working on something for Windows Phone 7, contact Joey via email as soon as possible to get the ball rolling.
