Linify gives your photos a striking new look using only straight lines

I’m a sucker for apps that do clever algorithmic stuff to images. Linify takes your photos and, well, ‘linifies’ them, redrawing them using nothing but straight lines.

The results from this Web-based app can be striking and it’s fun to watch the images develop on-screen. You can tweak the settings if you don’t quite get what you want on its first run, although the more complex the image, the longer you’ll be waiting for it to draw.
