    Birchbox, the monthly subscription service for women and men, has found itself in an interesting place in the world of e-commerce. Instead of simply supplying products en masse, Katia Beauchamp of Birchbox talked with TNW about how her company is all about discovery, connecting its users with beauty and lifestyle brands:

    As you might have guessed, this is a very valuable position to be in, and NY-based Birchbox seems to be doing quite well as of late since launching back in September 2010.
