He's also a self-proclaimed sneakerhead and has been an Apple fan for as long as he can remember.

Last Sunday, Apple premiered a new commercial for its music streaming platform, Apple Music — and it kind of sucks.

The ad follows The Late Late Show host James Corden as he pitches a handful of terrible ideas on how to promote the service to Apple executives Jimmy Iovine, Eddy Cue and Bozoma Saint John.

Corden’s sketch — seen above — includes dressing up as various music icons, trying to give an iPhone 7 to a dehydrated child and diving into the ocean surrounded by 40 million apples.

Personally, I think the advert lacks humor and is pretty shitty. Given Apple’s presumably large advertising and marketing budget, it could have been a lot better than it is.
