iWork for iCloud update adds 8 languages, 50 new fonts and improved editing

Apple has updated iWork for iCloud to add support for eight new languages and 50 new fonts. The changes can be found in the cloud-based versions of Pages, Numbers and Keynote.

The new languages supported by iCloud for iWork are French, German, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Chinese, Arabic (Pages only) and Hebrew (Pages only). Apple has also revised the main toolbar to make it easier to change the name of your document.

Keynote and Pages both got app-specific updates. The presentation software gains the option to hide the slide navigator – handy if you’re using a small device – while the word processing app now lets you undo the deletion of selection breaks. The update follows revisions to the desktop version of iWork after the launch of OS X Yosemite last month.
