Match.com and Tinder parent company IAC has acquired most of dating startup HowAboutWe, The New York Times reports. With the deal, IAC further consolidates its position as the leader in online romance.

Along with HowAboutWe’s dating business, the startup’s fledgling media network will join IAC. However, HowAboutWe for Couples will remain independent, according to The Times.
