Newsreaders are machines, they are able to deliver an insane amount of news over a short amount of time and rarely get things wrong. Their accuracy is helped by the constant delivery of information via their teleprompter.

In a recent news broadcast on NBC26 Today, one Green Bay newsreader had his very own Ron Burgundy moment, blurting out “I love lamp” to his audience as he delivered a report.

According to the description posted on the official YouTube video, “the director of the show slipped an extra line in the prompter and before the weather guy realized it he was reading the new line on air.”

Stay classy San Diego.
