The next flagship HTC device, rumoured to be called the ‘HTC One Two’, could arrive as early as February next year, according to a document released today by a UK High Court judge.

The filing is part of an alleged patent infringement case between HTC and Nokia. The issue being debated in this particular section was whether HTC’s upcoming devices would use the same allegedly patent-infringing technology.

The section below indicates that HTC has not contradicted the claim that the launch date could be as soon as February next year.

If accurate, it would mean that the device is due to arrive a little ahead of HTC’s usual cadence; the HTC One was released in late March this year.
