Google’s Nexus 4, 3G Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 go on sale across Europe

Google’s Nexus 4, 3G Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 go on sale across Europe

With its Nexus devices already sold out in Australia, Google has pushed live orders for the Nexus 4, 3G Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 in the UK, France, Germany and Spain allowing customers to get their hands on the heavily-discounted yet powerful Android smartphones and tablets.

Already, Google’s Play Store is under heavy demand, with many customers experiencing errors when they attempt to add a device to their shopping basket. Google’s website is also having problems staying up as it attempts to cope with the rush of orders.

It’s no surprise given that the Nexus 4 starts at £239 for the 8GB model and £279 for the 16GB variant, coming in around half the cost of the Samsung Galaxy S III. The 3G Nexus 7 is now also available  on sale for £239, while the Nexus 10 starts at £319 for the 16GB model and costs £389 for the 32GB variant.

Google confirmed with The Next Web that orders in Australia sold out, with many reports suggesting it took less than an hour. We expect the same to happen in each of Google’s stores across Europe.

Update: It appears the Nexus 4 has already sold out, as has the 32GB Nexus 10 model. As you can see from the comments below, a lot of Google customers are not happy with how Google handled the ordering process.
