Google Slides and Drawings now have basic image-editing tools built in

If you use Google Drive‘s browser-based PowerPoint rival Slides, or its Drawings tool, you’ll find some new features today that will allow you to fix up images to make them look just the way you want them.

There’s a basic cropping tool, plus numerous shaped masks. You’ll also find a range of colored borders available. Google says the feature is rolling out over the next couple of hours, and it’s already showing up in Sheets for us.
