Google have just released a nifty developer preview of a quick search tool for the Mac. It’s called Google Quick Search and it’s apparently the sibling of the mobile search app.
The application searches not only the web but also your desktop and I must admit, it’s pretty darn fast. Enough talk, if you want to give it a try you’ll find the download site here.
If you’re a quicksilver addict, then I highly doubt you’ll end up trying this for more than a minute or two. If you’re not, this may just become your new tool, after all it’s familiar and it’s only a couple of command-keys away.
