The awkwardly named Google Play Music app for iOS got an important update today if you’re a fan of EDM (electronic dance music) or concept albums like Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon, gapless playback.
The Google Play Music update is available now and also introduces the ability to download playlists you’ve subscribed to; see what music you’ve downloaded to your device, and has improved recommendations. It fixed various bugs and the loading of music after an update.
So update now with the knowledge that your dance parties will no longer endure that second of silence between jams.
