Google today launched a new Reviews section on Google Places. In short, it lets business owners see what their customers are saying online, in a single review inbox.

The new Reviews section furthermore lets business managers respond directly to comments left by users. The company is also pushing businesses to encourage their customers in turn to post reviews on Google+.
