Google is testing screencasting to Android devices using Chrome DevTools

Google is testing out a new feature aimed at primarily at developers which enables you to control your Android device directly from your computer using the Chrome DevTools.

Googler François Beaufort announced the experimental feature today on Google+, giving directions on how to enable it for people who want to have a poke around with the new feature. Obviously, the benefit for devs is that they can now make code changes to mobile websites using the Chrome DevTools and see them reflected immediately on the device without having to draw their attention away from the desktop.
