I can confirm, the app is available and it works as promised! Download the app here then the first thing you need to do is change the settings to turn voice search on. Once that is done, search away in your best North American accent! I say “North American” because apparently the app works best with North American accents. :)
I tried a couple of searches and all worked as promised. I searched for “what time is it in Hong Kong” and the results were identical to what you would see normally with the time appearing at the top.
I also tried searching “the next web” and it worked perfectly!
