In addition to a refreshed mobile search homepage and Voice Search coming to the desktop, Google has also announced that they will be bringing Google Instant to its image search.

There was very little information given about the feature but it seems to work very much like the regular Google Instant search but filters images down in realtime. The feature will roll out to users some time in the next few months, but Google was only giving a short preview at this time.
