Adult and children favourites Wallace and Gromit have been given the ultimate honour to mark their 20th birthday – taking over the Google logo.
The plasticine duo’s first outing, A Grand Day Out, debuted 20 years ago today.
The logo, which was produced by Aardman Animation, is only one of three ‘Google doodles’ to be created outside Google’s HQ.
Interestingly the landmark for the duo lands on the same day as Sesame Street’s 40th and Google has been forced to decide which doodle appears where. Not easy.
