The next iPhone is slated to cost more than $1,000, a first for Apple. If you’ve got that kind of money lying around but don’t want to go all in on iOS, consider Samsung’s special Galaxy S8+ model instead.
ETNews notes that while it looks identical to the international edition, the variant that will be available exclusively in South Korea and China comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage – a bump up from the standard 4GB/64GB configuration.
It’s said to come with a $1,020 price tag and include the $150 DeX dock for turning the handset into a desktop. That sounds like a better deal than the odd Microsoft Edition Galaxy S8 that’s now available through brick-and-mortar outlets.
In case you’re wondering, flights from New York or San Francisco to Seoul cost about $715.
