Google confirmed today that HBO Now, the US broadcaster’s new streaming service, will be landing on Google Play following its brief stint as an iOS-only mobile service.
For users outside of the US, that’s not very exciting news, but bringing HBO’s biggest shows, like Game of Thrones, to Android devices is big news if you’re within its borders.
While it doesn’t seem to be on the Google Play Store just yet, once it has arrived, you’ll be able to cast content directly to Chromecast from your phone or tablet too.
