There was a minor omission from Foursquare’s recent redesign, with Crowley & Co. opting to erase the popular ‘Nearby Friends’ view.

But fret not, the location-based social network has reintroduced the feature with its latest roll-out, letting you once again switch between all your activity and check-ins in your vicinity.

The update is launching on iOS and BlackBerry today, with Android getting the feature shortly.

On iOS, you just need to drag the screen down on the friends tab, while BlackBerry requires you to tap the friends icon to make the switch.

Minor design tweaks and other bug fixes have also been rolled out with this latest release too.
