Here’s something thats bound to make you smile…Woofer. A site created as an homage to Twitter, an amusing experiment and of course, to make you smile.

Put together by Washington based JoinTheCompany, the team behind it say

“This is simply a novelty website where we thought it would be funny to have a minimum character requirement for public posts and see what people did with it.”
