Fantastical 2 is again distancing itself from the competition. With updates to its iPad and iPhone apps, users are getting access to 3D Touch and multitasking features, as well as a new Apple Watch complication.
The Apple Watch app now has a ‘go to date’ option, which lets you quickly access a specific date on the calendar. The app is also native for watchOS 2, which should boost performance.
Fantastical 2 for iPad now supports slide-over and split screen modes for multitasking. Its iPhone app makes use of 3D Touch, where a firm press brings up popular actions like the ability to create new events or see your reminders.
If you don’t yet have the apps, Fantastical 2 for iPad is $9.99, while the iPhone app is $4.99. A companion Mac app is also available for $39.99.
