This is certainly going to be a welcome development to many organizations out there – Facebook has finally made a change to its Facebook Pages to allow newer admins to delete the original admin that set up the Page.
There are many reasons why a company or brand would like to have this ability, most likely from staff turnover, but also if the Page was set up by a third-party consultant or similar or if job responsibilities change within the organization.
If you need to change your admin, just go to Edit Page, and then Add/Remove Administrators. If you’re a marketing manager, a small business or run a celebrity looking to ditch their manager and get some new blood on that Fan Page, this will be a small but welcome change for you.
