Leading regional technology company EXCEED IT launched a kickoff event today for the Government of Oman in partnership with Exceed IT for the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement signed earlier this year. EXCEED will be working with the Government of Oman over the duration of the three-year agreement to deploy the latest technologies and support the government in capacity building through professional IT training and job placement of IT graduates.
“Supporting Omanization in providing the means and knowledge to help Omani IT graduates find excellent jobs all over the region is a very important part of our role within this agreement. We believe this sort of capacity building is vital for a healthy employment rate within the IT sector.” Said Mr. Ahmad Chayati, General Manager of EXCEED IT Services & Training.
The Government of Oman represented by the Information Technology Authority (ITA) is pushing for a major overhaul of the ICT industry in Oman by providing the proper training and infrastructure we look forward to seeing throughout the entire MENA region.
