Dealroom

NOAH Insider, the AngelList-style networking tool for European entrepreneurs and investors, is relaunching today as Dealroom. No longer associated with corporate finance boutique NOAH Advisors, Dealroom has new features allowing startups to share news and key milestones with potential investors in a more streamlined way than tracking press coverage and arranging occasional meetings.

Startups can share sensitive data such as financial performance with a closed pool of interested parties that they control. Like AngelList, it allows investors to form syndicates. However,  Dealroom will be hoping that support for later-stage deals, an algorithm to match startups with investors, event recommendation based on what people in your network are going to – and a focus on Europe – will help it flourish east of the Atlantic.
