Some interesting news via TechCrunch, today.  For those who don’t know, Erick Tseng will be taking off from Google’s Android sector and making his way over to Facebook.  A tweet from his personal Twitter account confirms the message.

We can only guess that, with Facebook’s mobile tie-ins (Places, anyone?) Tseng will be heavily involved in developing the mobile user experience for the company.

Tseng has been a fixture in the Googleplex for a bit over 4 years.  Most recently, he was the confirmation person for the newest Android release, FroYo.
