Dropbox for Windows Phone has been updated, bringing it to version 1.1, and adding the ability to create and manage shared folders from within the app. As usual, there’s a smattering of bug fixes too.
The change means Windows Phone users can now create, unshare and edit shared folders directly from the app just like their friends on Android and iOS. Shared folders can also be pinned to the Windows Start screen.
Dropbox for Windows Phone only launched officially last month, so it’s good to see the company putting out speedy updates.
Dropbox on Android and iOS got the ability to open shared links directly in the app earlier this week. With any luck that’s on the way for Windows Phone too.
