Document management app Doo lands on iOS bringing updates for OS X and Android along with it

Doo

Doo, the document management app for Android and desktop platforms that integrates multiple services like Dropbox, Google Drive and SkyDrive, has launched a brand new version of its app for iOS devices today, as well as updating its apps for OS X and Android.

In addition to connecting up cloud services, Doo also provides access to locally stored files to show users information about all of them by combining OCR with its auto-tagging system for easier storage and the smart tagging system makes for easier retrieval later.

The update for iOS (and Android) allows users to simply hold their phone over any receipt, business card or other document to automatically capture an image that becomes a searchable PDF.  The image can then be saved to any of the storage locations, whether that’s in the cloud or locally.
