Developers can now download the full Android 5.0 Lollipop SDK

A couple of months ago, Google released the Android L Developer Preview to give devs a first look at what was coming in the next version of its operating system. As of today, the full release of the Android 5.0 SDK has now gone live.

In the blog post, the company also mentioned that the newest version of Android would be available to the Nexus 4, 5, 7 (2012 and 2013) and 10 in early November – around the release for the Nexus 6Nexus 9, and Nexus Player.

As Google notes, if you’re a dev, this gives you just two weeks to test out your newest apps for the platform – so you might want to start downloading.
