“Despicable Me” is the latest Promoted Trend on Twitter, following Toy Story 3, Coke and LeBron James.
The little yellow whatever-they-are with goggles are being promoted/paid for by Universal Studios and brings you this tweet when you click on it:
Click on the link in the Promoted Tweet and you’ll be sent to a YouTube channel called “It’s So Fluffy Agnes” (not Google itself which is weird considering the tweet’s content) to watch trailers of “Despicable Me.” Most likely, this is how many Promoted Tweets will work for movies, but again, it’s a bit strange that it just doesn’t say “watch the preview”.
