Engadget has managed to get the first footage of the Dell Thunder in the wild, an Android-powered smartphone that looks every bit as good as its suggested specifications.

According to their tipster, the Thunder will feature an 8MP camera (complete with LED flash) that supports 720p video capture, a removable 1400 mAh battery, a 4.1-inch OLED display with what is thought to offer 800 x 480 resolution. The prototype currently runs a vanilla build of Android but will most likely feature a custom UI by the time it ships.
