Despite newcomers nibbling at its throne, Yahoo’s delicious continues to enjoy development and new features. Earlier this week the social bookmarking tool added advanced search options making it possible to view bookmarks by time period (something that should have really been implemented a long time ago).

Today sees it add easy tweeting and email sharing. If you go right ahead and update your delicious firefox extension or test out the bookmarklet, you’ll notice a second panel with all the new sharing options laid out for you. Tweeting will use a “icio.us” short URL and if you wish, you can set delicious up to always tweet every link you bookmark.
