UK broadcaster Sky News decided to pack a number of laptops with the latest in surveillance technology and intentionally loosen a chip in each of the computers, something which should make the computer easily fixable.
Handing the computer to several repair shops, it wasn’t long before many of the repair men begun quoting for problems that didn’t need fixing, but more seriously, they attempted to access private folders and even customers private bank accounts.
