Google+ Apps and Icons is a depository for apps, extensions, icon packs and other resources curated by designer Graham Smith.

It’s a great resource for finding new ways of playing with Google+, including new takes on the icon for use on your website or as a launcher, extensions to Google+ like one that enables you to set your default stream in Plus (a much needed feature in the real thing), and apps like ManageFlitterPlus which publishes your Google+ posts to Twitter.

Well worth checking out if you’re a fan of the network but are keen to augment it with those features that will undoubtedly come baked in with time, or through developers using the API when it is released.
