With timing that’s, well odd, Bose has filed suit against the almost-owned by Apple, Beats Electronics alleging the company infringes on four of Bose’s patents pertaining to noise canceling for headphones.

The suit is seeking financial damages and an injunction. The headphones in question are the Beats Studio and Beats Studio Wireless, both of which include a noise canceling feature.
